EXECUTIVE THOUGHT LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
A thought leadership programme for B2B technology and enterprise executives, building voice, narrative and content infrastructure for a named executive
Strong executive thought leadership rests on three things: a clear point of view, a consistent voice and the content infrastructure to keep both running.
Most senior executives have the first and lack the second two. The result is content that lands inconsistently, conflicts with the executive's actual voice or stops altogether after a few weeks.
The Executive Thought Leadership Programme delivers all three in four weeks for a named executive, with the first month of live content produced as part of the engagement so the programme has visible output from day one.
By the end, the executive has a defined voice profile, a six-month content plan, an optimised LinkedIn profile, a journalist and podcast target list, and a month of content already published or scheduled.
Full handover documentation makes it straightforward to continue the programme in-house, hand it to an existing agency or roll it into a retainer.

WHAT YOU GET
A voice profile document covering tone, register, sentence patterns, vocabulary and the executive's distinctive style markers, used as the reference point for all content produced under the programme and afterwards.
A narrative framework defining the executive's point of view, the themes their content will cover and how those themes connect to commercial priorities.
A six-month content plan and calendar, mapping themes to formats, channels and timing.
A LinkedIn profile optimisation, with revised copy, framing and structure recommendations for the profile itself.
A journalist and podcast target list, matched to the executive's sector, themes and audience.
The first month of content produced and ready to publish: four LinkedIn posts, one long-form piece (bylined article or deeper LinkedIn essay) and one reactive commentary piece on a relevant sector moment within the delivery window.
Full handover documentation covering the voice profile, narrative framework, content plan and target lists, so the programme can be continued in-house, picked up by an existing agency or rolled into a retainer.
HOW IT WORKS
We begin with a short introductory call to confirm fit, the executive's sector and current profile, and the commercial context the programme needs to support.
A written proposal follows, setting out the agreed scope, deliverables and timeline. Projects are scheduled against capacity and start at a mutually agreed time.
Delivery runs over four weeks. The first week covers voice profiling with the executive and the build of the narrative framework. Weeks two and three cover the six-month content plan, the LinkedIn profile optimisation and the journalist and podcast target list. The first month of content is produced in parallel across the full delivery window, so it can go live within the four weeks rather than after them.
Named senior executives in B2B technology and enterprise organisations who want to build sector profile through their own voice.
Founders and CEOs entering a category leadership push, pre-funding profile period or international expansion.
Senior leaders new into role who want to establish a public voice quickly without spending three months building infrastructure from scratch.
Executives with an existing LinkedIn presence whose content is inconsistent, off-voice or running on no particular plan.
The programme covers one named executive. Multi-executive thought leadership programmes are available under the Authority Partnership retainer.
WHO THIS IS FOR
The Growth Partnership retainer covers thought leadership for one named spokesperson as a standing workstream. The Authority Partnership covers up to two named spokespeople with broader executive profiling, analyst relations and speaker placement alongside it.

Frequently asked questions
Who is the programme for?
Named senior executives in B2B technology and enterprise organisations. Founders, CEOs, CMOs, CPOs, CTOs and other senior functional leaders. The level matters less than the executive's willingness to commit time to the voice profiling stage and stay involved in content sign-off.
How is voice captured?
Through a structured profiling conversation with the executive, supported by review of existing content the executive has produced or approved. The output is a voice profile document used as the reference point for all content under the programme and afterwards.
Will the content sound like the executive?
That is the point of the voice profiling stage. Content is written against the documented voice profile, not a generic LinkedIn template, and runs through executive sign-off before publication during the delivery period. The handover documentation makes the same approach repeatable in-house afterwards.
Can the programme cover more than one executive?
The fixed-fee programme covers one named executive. Multi-executive thought leadership is available under the Authority Partnership retainer, which covers up to two named spokespeople alongside broader executive profiling, analyst relations, awards and speaker placement.
What happens after the four weeks?
The executive has the voice profile, narrative framework, six-month content plan, optimised LinkedIn profile, journalist and podcast target list, and the first month of live content. From there, the programme can be continued in-house using the handover documentation, picked up by an existing agency or rolled into a retainer with me.
Can this be rolled into a retainer?
Yes. Programme clients can move into the Growth Partnership or Authority Partnership retainer, with the programme outputs forming the foundation for ongoing activity. There is no obligation to do so.
Does the programme include media outreach?
The fixed-fee programme produces the target lists and the content. Active pitching to journalists and podcasts on the target list is delivered under the retainer tiers, not as part of the fixed-fee programme.
How does this differ from the executive profiling in the Authority Partnership?
The fixed-fee programme is a defined four-week build for one named executive, producing the infrastructure and the first month of content. The Authority Partnership runs executive profiling as an ongoing workstream for up to two named spokespeople, with continuous content production, pitching, podcast and speaker placement and award activity alongside it. The programme often runs as a foundation that the retainer then builds on.
What sectors do you work in?
B2B technology (SaaS, enterprise software, deep tech, AI, fintech), health and life sciences, industrial and engineering, and space and aerospace.
What is the timeline?
Four weeks of delivery once the project starts. Projects are scheduled against capacity and usually start within four to six weeks of agreement.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes. Current and past consultancy work spans the UK, France, Denmark, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the United States.
How do I get started?
