Best suited to B2B technology companies in active growth, where sustained sector presence drives commercial momentum.

Authority Partnership

£5,250/month, three-month minimum

For organisations with bigger ambitions or significant moments to navigate, such as category leadership, pre-funding profile-building, market repositioning or international expansion. The Authority Partnership adds category positioning, executive profiling for up to two named spokespeople, analyst relations, award strategy, speaker and podcast placement, and active GEO monitoring covering how the organisation appears across AI-driven search platforms for its priority commercial queries. Best suited to organisations where PR needs to do heavier lifting across multiple channels at once.

FIXED-FEE PROJECTS

GEO Audit and Strategy

An assessment of how your organisation appears across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews for its priority commercial and category queries, with a prioritised action plan for building citation authority through earned media and content. Delivered as a written report plus a 60-minute findings session with the client's leadership team, covering the diagnostic results, the recommended citation-building strategy, and a Q&A.

Executive Thought Leadership Programme

£2,800, four-week delivery

Voice profiling for a named executive, narrative framework, six-month content plan and calendar, LinkedIn profile optimisation, and a journalist and podcast target list. First month of content created for you, including four LinkedIn posts, one long-form piece (bylined article or deeper LinkedIn essay), and one reactive commentary piece on a relevant sector moment within the delivery window. Full handover documentation provided at the end, so the programme can be continued in-house or rolled into a retainer.

Typically we begin with a short introductory call, followed by a written proposal covering scope, structure and pricing.

Retainers typically start within two to four weeks of agreement, depending on onboarding requirements. Projects are scheduled against capacity and usually start within four to six weeks.

The Growth and Authority Partnership tiers have a three-month minimum, rolling monthly thereafter. Fixed-fee projects have defined delivery timelines of three to six weeks.

Growth Partnership clients have AI search visibility factored into planning and media strategy. Authority Partnership clients additionally receive active GEO monitoring, tracking how the organisation appears across AI-driven search platforms for its priority commercial queries.
