I work with organisations as a fractional Head of PR or senior communications consultant. I set strategy, lead media engagement and work as part of the business, not outside it.

I have a working knowledge of AI tools that most PR consultants are still figuring out. I use them to move faster on the right tasks – research, drafting, monitoring – while keeping the thinking, the strategy and the media relationships where they belong.

My work spans media relations, thought leadership, executive profiling, campaign strategy, performance measurement and AI search visibility. Whatever the engagement looks like, the focus is on communications that earns attention rather than just occupying space.

AI TRAINING FOR PR AND COMMUNICATIONS TEAMS

Alongside my consultancy work, I run practical, CPD-certified AI training workshops for in-house and agency PR teams. Half-day sessions, online or in person, for groups of up to 20.

The sessions are non-technical and beginner-friendly. Attendees leave with a working knowledge of the AI tools most relevant to PR content creation, media pitching and research — and the confidence to use them straight away.
